Dr. Lauren Capel, LCSW-C, is a licensed clinical social worker, clinical supervisor, and behavioral health executive with over 15 years of experience across clinical practice, leadership, and organizational development. She specializes in trauma-informed and faith integrated care and has worked extensively with children, adults, and families. Dr. Capel is recognized for her expertise in delivering high-quality, integrated behavioral health services.
As Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Paradigm, Dr. Capel leads operations, program development, and strategic growth, building systems that support both clinical excellence and organizational sustainability.
Dr. Capel is a sought-after speaker and consultant who has presented at national and international conferences and partners with organizations to strengthen clinical practice and service delivery. She contributes to the development of future clinicians through her work as an adjunct faculty member in graduate-level social work education.
She holds a Doctorate in Behavioral Health from Freed Hardeman University, a Master of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from Howard University.
