Kameko J. Styles

Kameko J. Styles, DSW, LICSW, LCSW-C is a licensed clinical social worker who believes meaningful change begins with reflection, self-discovery, and intentional action. She works collaboratively with individuals and families to explore how their experiences, relationships, and environments shape the way they see themselves and engage with the world. Dr. Styles has experience supporting people navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, identity development, complex family dynamics, and providing LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Drawing from a trauma-informed, person-centered, and solution-focused approach, Dr. Styles helps people deepen self-awareness, build emotional resilience, and develop practical strategies for navigating life's challenges. She is committed to culturally responsive care that honors each person's lived experiences, strengths, and goals.

Dr. Styles earned her Doctor of Social Work from Morgan State University, her Master of Social Work from Howard University, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University. She is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
